I purchased a Halo Xbox controller from this website and charged through a third party company. Everything looks legitimate and was even sent a FedEx tracking but used a USPS address. I was sent a tracking number and was informed it was delivered on February 6,2023. However, when I went to the post office I was informed they do not have the package, it may have been returned to sender or other unknown reasons. I tried to contact the company about this and to see if it was returned four different times and called the phone numbers listed on the site, all with no response. The numbers listed were a UK number that was out of service, then a Delaware one that was also out of service. Now, there is a Wyoming number on their customer service page that is goes to voice-mail. So, I reached out the the company that charged my debit card and gave them all this information and emails. This company Flutterwave/Snowtech Solutions has finally responsed and is giving me a run around. They recently informed me that Dmsoftsltd declined my requests of a redilivery or refund, mind you I still have not heard from Dmsoftsltd even though their website states 24 hour support and a refund policy or concerns about shipping/non delivery. I had initially trusted this website because it seemed legitimate, but have found that this exact same scenario has happened to others. The website Dmsoftsltd, first had a website dedicated to selling electronics and gaming equipment, but now it had been completely redesigned to sell lawn equipment. According to the issue others were having, the company was exclusive to purses. I firmly believe that this company is a scam as they keep changing their website, phone number, and contact support emails.
