- Carencro, LA, USA

I was initially contacted via email stating, she “Diane” was recruiter and came across my profile on LinkedIn. She told me about a project management role and asked if I’d be interested in applying.

I responded, Yes.

The next day I received a test/questionnaire I filled out (job related questions only) and returned. 2 days later another email came, saying how impressed she and the board was. She said I had been moved to the next stage. She asked me to send my phone number for a phone interview (this was a remote roll) my address and name ???????. I did, of course thinking everything was on board. Two days later or on the 2nd day I received a call from (479)420-7151, the call was very lengthy. He went into deep job details; about security clearance and all. (These people did homework). He asked me a lot of questions around project management! After the interview, he said he couldn’t make a decision on the call but would discuss with the hiring board and Diane would get back to me. A couple days later I got a congratulatory email stating I got the job! The rate of pay! The details for receiving a check supposedly to get and setup office. She said I’d get my official offer letter tomorrow from Allen. I went to the company on LinkedIn and there is a Diane Farrell that is active on there as a recruiter for the company, also Allen so I’m thinking ok! Great right. There website said an offer letter would com from a talent.icms so all day I kept checking my email finally late that evening I checked my junk and there was the offer letter from Allen Miller from email: [email protected]

The “offer letter “ was very detailed with start date, specific equipment I needed, the whole nine yards. I was to sign it and return with a picture of the front and back of my license. I didn’t feel comfortable because where was the talent.icms link- I went back and looked at emails! Diane nor Allen had signatures at the bottom of email! 0 contact information! No way of contact but the email! So I responded to Allen and asked if he could supply me with a secure link to the companies intranet in order for me to upload the necessary sensitive documents per the company’s website procedures! Never heard from either again

I did reach out to the company and I attached the forms I was sent but haven’t heard anything yet; 3-29-2023 ; 7:15AM CT

Beware! They are pulling out extravagant plays to scam
