These are the actual conversations that took place by email and never spoke directly to him one. time. I was scammed out of 2 wire transfers . One for 600 dollars and one for 780.00. The guy called me barely spoke english a few days ago. Once I told him about the extra fees on top of the loan he says he has to speak to the board of directors to approve the loan. When I called SKYONE Financial Federal Credit Union located at 14600 Aviation BLVD Hawthorne, CA 90250 at 1-800-421-7111 and spoke to a young lady and gave her the account number that was assigned to me to receive the funds which was routing number 332077779, Acct 572212769 she says I am not in the system and she believes I was the victim of a scam. The username that was given to me to access the online portal for SKYONE Financial was 58353105. The bank the scammers used to obtain the wire transfers from me was Capon Valley Bank P.O. Box 230 Baker West VA 26801. The so called accountant name it was going to is Karol Powers Acct: 431699, Routing 052203703. Hopefully someone can read this in its entirety and take heed that private lending scams are real. john burch

If yes I would like you to state out what was written in number 5 to 7 on the contract, there's no way you'll tell me you didn't see the part I'm talking about yet you claim you've reviewed the contract agreement carefully till the finish point.

6) The borrower hereby agrees to make a refundable payment of $600.00 as the loan PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) and Attorney charges. I would advice you send via Money Gram or Bitcoin so we can have funds same today and on time because if you make a wire transfer it'll get to us next week Tuesday and that will delay your loan funds wire transfer till Wednesday, the fee needs to get to us in minutes and that's why I'll strongly suggest Bitcoin so we can still be able to carry out your loan funds transfer same today against Monday next week for pay out, what do you think? john burch

If you could send the funds to me by money gram that would be great because I have a Walmart down the street from me. I think your right money gram transactions are a lot easier than wire transfers. Yes the funds has arrived but we can not fund you via Money Gram because it has already been recorded even on the contract you signed your bank details where attached, the funds has to be wired to your provided account, I'll keep you posted once I'm done with all necessary documentation. john burch

Located here in Texas, this is the sector of loan funding in banks, you’ll have to under go an insurance process wish you’ll be asked to open an account where your loan funds will be deposited to be transferred to your own receiving bank account, it’s a security that guarantees all lenders and once you’re done with this first funding, you’ll not have to pass through this sector of funding on next deals, that’s how it works and their funding time is faster, you’ll have approved loan funds same today. john burch

Hi I am confused about this COT fee I am being charged from SKYONE Federal Credit UNION. I am being charged $920.00 dollars to complete this transaction. Then after I complete steps to set up online account I call SKYONE and they dont even have me in there system as having a legitimate account. What is going on here.
