Ordered a king size comforter, found through an Instagram ad but I checked the website and Google and seemed legit at the time. Package was “delivered” to Pennsylvania when I live in Canada. Seems the previous website is gone and now they are Deioro Co to get away with more scams! DO NOT ORDER!

This company is a fraud. Their products are comfy lounge wear and fuzzy fluffy duvets which appeals to a lot of people nowadays. They are always saying the have a sale. Their website looks like a small business type website. But you place an order and they send you confirmation and all that but their tracking number they send does not work on the delivery service website. It only works on their website and then it will ship to a completely different location than what you provided them. For example my order was to ship to the USA. And the tracking number they provided said it shipped to the UK. This has happened to hundreds of other people buying from their website. They use social media ads to promote themselves. They don’t respond to the customer service email they provide. Their website needs to be shut down ASAP!

I ordered a comforter set from them and never received it. I checked the tracking info and it said it was in fact delivered to an address about 200 or so miles from my mailing address.
Upon contacting the company, a customer service rep said they could send me a replacement set, which I haven't seen yet. I contacted customer service again and received no response.
The initial order was placed in Jan 2021 and the last email I sent them was in March 2021.

I ordered a blanket with pillowcases about 2 months ago. They told me that my package had been delivered. I tracked the shipment and it said it had been shipped in MI... I live in NC. I
Emailed them 3 times about this and NEVER heard back from them.

Friend showed me a website that had super fluffy comforters. So i placed an order. They send you to the “shop” app to track you package.

My tracking info was from La Poste.

I knew right then i got scammed.

Charged me in USD but it was coming from France? Emailed them twice. 2 months have passed still no blanket. They do not even answer questions, just tell you they will look into it.
