We returned test prep materials unopened that were sent to us. No refund was issued and fraudulent charges were charged under description "Educational" for 69.95$. This company appears to target busy families who's children are going though the senior year when there are legitimate charges for actual tests. The information about families is apparently obtained through the public schools attended by students. So the company presents a legitimate appearance. They submitted charges on a regular basis even though no service was used or rendered, and even though we submitted a request to cancel the service. Their web site is college-bound.org. This easily confused with the legitimate website collgebound.org.
