Initial contact was made via email. The owner asked multiple questions about my ability to care for a dog. Then, pictures and a video of a puppy were sent. Pricing and delivery was discussed. A total of $1200 was quoted for puppy, microchip, registration, and delivery with a $700 deposit. Owners spouse, Arnold Brion, sent a payment request via PayPal for $700 then cancelled this request. The owner reached out via email asking for contact on PayPal to send request again and she then sent a request for $700. When I asked for a contract and to view the puppy before i made a deposit, she stated  the paperwork would come after the deposit was made. I emailed again asking for more information on the dog'ss parents, her contact address and phone numbers, and a request to set up a video call to see the puppies. I never got a response. I knew this was a puppy scam.
