www.canna-center.com is a fake cannabis dispensary that claims to distribute in both the USA and Canada and has a head office in California and a warehouse in Canada (BC). They don't actually ship any products and make threats of extortion, first politely saying that you have to pay some very high but refundable insurance to get your package, which is blocked at the airport cause special policies due to COVID pandemic. They threaten that if you don't pay the package it will be stopped by local police. They are really well organized and associate with a fake GoRunner shipping company where you can also track your package (https://gorunnerlc.com/) and have faster customer service than the real companies (probably if they did a real company would be very successful). I imagine that as it is not legal in all USA states, many people do not report these crimes. Same thing if ordered from Canada they tell you that they shipped it from the California office (and not the one in Canada) and therefore, despite the fact that here in Canada it is legal, they put you in fear of being able to incur an international crime to try to make more money selling you a very expensive assurance on your package to unlock it .

Judging by the massive organization behind the system, these people could scam tens or hundreds of people a day, getting away with it. Their domain site is over 1 year old and goes unnoticed by all possible browsers for scam control. The fictitious "customer service" is phenomenal and responds politely and effectively right up to the last stage. They pretend to accept many types of payments but finally, with an excuse or another, they push you to use virtual coins to save commission fees or by applying a discount with this payment method.
