Buoyant Pomeranians Reports & Reviews (1)

I have been having really bad baby fever. I already have three kids and I don't need anymore. But, I've always been wanting another puppy for awhile. So, I made up my mind and decided to get puppies. I was online searching different websites between maybe 5-8 sites just to find my special fur baby on and off for several weeks. There were some that were ridiculously way over price $2500 - $6,800!! I wasn't willing to pay for it.

So, I kept looking around and try to find something cheaper. I saw this website called "Buoyant Pomeranian". I was looking at some of the pictures and I fell in love with two of the puppies. One name Brady and the other one is Kim. This happened on Sunday night Sept. 20th, 2020 @ 11:40 p.m. when I emailed them for more information about the puppies. The puppies were priced at $400 for each and if you wanted to deliver to your house from the airport it is $50 extra, so that is a total of $450. Since I wanted two puppies the price for both will be $650. I was like "wow, this can't be true." Instead of thinking of anything suspicious at the moment, I just wanted them fur babies in my arms. I was so excited! I felt like it was my birthday or about to receive my Christmas presents early. I could not stop thinking about the fur babies. So, we emailed each other at odd times. Thinking maybe they might stay up late like I do. I was telling them about my first fur baby pom that got killed from a dog attack and it has been 9 years and how I would love to have another fur baby.

Monday, Sept. 21, 2020 @ 12:04a.m. I also told them that I have never dealt with anyone online before and how do I know if this isn’t a scam. (But then I forgot I have dealt with someone online before but they were local but I didn’t tell them that because I wanted to see what they will do or say.) Monday, Sept. 21,2020 @ 11:04 a.m. They rest assured that they are not scammers (like scammers do) and they have dedicated Christians with huge Christian morals doctrine and reputation to protect and don’t cheat on others when they are really in need of something. And they have been breeding Maltese puppies for more than ten years. (This was also a red flag for me since they are supposed to breed only Pomeranians) They also told me that if they really wanted to make money they would charge $2500. But selling puppies was just a hobby for them. But when they started to talk about people who have a lot of money they don't really give the love puppy needs because people with money worry about making more money than giving love to the puppies. So, I thought maybe that is true. I was like okay, maybe they are legit but then I still have doubts. Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, @ 8:11 p.m. at night I gave in and was ready to move onto the next step. They gave me a set price for both puppies for $650. (another red flag or maybe feel sorry for me) I was then required to pay an adoption fee of $650. But if I wanted the fur babies delivered to my home it cost an extra $50 making a total of $700 for EVERYTHING!!! (still knowing it's a red flag but my heart was already melted by these fur babies) Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, 9:09 pm Now the first step is to transfer ownership of the puppy to me. They are required to put in an application for the “Certificate of Pet Ownership” to declare that I will be the new lawful owner of the puppies and it will take 24 hours. I had to provide them my name, home address, and phone number, and closest airport to my home. Once it is issued they will email me and I have to sign the copy and email it back to them. At this time I am too excited to see anything at this point. They accept three types of payments: CashApp, Zelle, and eBay Gift Cards. (another red flag, which I thought it was weird asking for an eBay Gift Cards but I still went against my guts) Once they received their payment, confirm my order, processed all required paperwork, and have their licensed veterinarian perform a last-minute routine check-up on the puppy and then proceed with the flight reservation. Once the flight has booked, I will receive a call from them and from the pet courier agency that will be shipping out the puppies with full details about the shipping process. The shipping details include the flight number, date, and time of the departure and arrivals as well as the tracking code for your puppy through the shipping agency’s website. They will also place a follow-up call to confirm that your pet arrived safely. And that I have to take my pet to a veterinarian for the regular arrival-health-check-up within 48 hours of arrival. By 10:48 p.m., I gave them my information and my option to pay through CashApp $700 which includes direct ship to home.

Tue., Sept 22, 2020, at 12:22a.m I sent the money through CashApp to $jeremi656 (Jeremy) with a screenshot. At 12:38 a.m. they email me and said the money didn’t go through. So, I checked my CashApp, it ends up declining. I didn’t understand, I knew I had money in it. And I tried to add my credit card on CashApp and try to use that instead. It got declined also. I wished I would’ve stopped right there and said it is a sign that I shouldn’t send money to them. Nope. I didn’t stop there. I contacted CashApp and my bank to find out what was going on. At 8:39a.m. Once everything was settled, my bank offer Zelle. So I sent the money through Zelle to Email: [email protected] Randolph Zleh. Everything went smoothly and the money has been sent. They then contacted me saying that they did not receive the funds. Which I did not understand when it said it went through. I called the bank again and they said that they have received it on their end. Then, I decided to send them a screenshot of the confirmation. By 11:09 a.m. they said they could not confirm the payment and I sent another screenshot. At 3:20 p.m They sent me an email with the Certificate of Pet Ownership which I have to sign and email it right back to them at 4:31 p.m. Then at 7:27 p.m. they are now emailing me saying that they still have not yet received the funds. Sept. 23, 2020, 8:30a.m. I called my bank again just to make sure that the money went through and it did. I then ask them to check again. By 9:44 a.m. everything is okay. By 10:58 a.m. They are now emailing me that they just completed the shipping registration process and everything is complete. Now I have to wait for the Pet Courier (which is called “Rocket Pet Delivery”) They also wanted me to make sure I update them with everything. They also wanted me to have extra funds on hand just in case anything comes up. Right now, I’m thinking to myself “What are they talking about having extra funds?” I was like okay, maybe a couple of hundred dollars to cover something. Sure whatever. Right now, I’m ecstatic. I didn’t care about anything. All I know is that I am about to have them, lovely fur babies.

Sept. 23, 2020 @ 11:25 a.m. Rocket Pet Delivery emailed me to confirm if all the information is correct on file like my name, address, the dog’s name, and etc. There was a part saying “We wish to inform you that we received payments of the shipping as sent out today Sept. 23, 2020. For me, I thought it meant it was paid for. Like it was part of the package. So, I replied to the email confirming everything is correct. At 12:07 p.m. Rocket Pet Delivery send me a tracking number; WEBSITE: http://rocketpetdelivery.com/track-form/ Tracking number: EPM981384617

Phone number: 804-994-8702 They wanted me to visit the site and I did. Here is where I find it interesting. It was how everything was print out. “Pending Refundable Insurance”. It said the puppies departed San Antonio at 8:30 a.m. and will arrive at 4:30 p.m. When the shipping registration process completed at 10:58 a.m. Honestly, I don’t know how can the puppies shipped that fast. And this place wanted money? Why wasn’t I told about this? It would cost me $760.65 plus $20.11 for their service. My grand total would be $780.76 to paid upfront and they needed me to sign papers. Here’s the thing, I don’t live there and I can’t be there to sign papers. They also give you an option to get reimbursement by Cash( When Pet courier arrives at your home today) or Bank transfer (it takes three bank working days after arrival) At 12:22 p.m. I emailed them saying I am ready for the payment. Then I received an email saying “You are supposed to pay $780 which is partial insurance policy as stated in the previous email which is fully refundable” I didn’t say I wasn’t going to pay. All I said was I was ready. So, I ask if we could talk over the phone to straighten things out. At 1:07 p.m. we talked over the phone about the insurance money which I don’t mind doing. I started to ask a question just making sure everything is correct. Then I told him I think this is a scam. He got very upset and started to raise his voice. Saying “It’s your responsibility to pay for the insurance and you will get it back. And if you don’t pay, you will be responsible for us to take care of the puppies. I just told him I don’t know let me try to get in contact with the owner and see what he can do. Remember he said the money is refundable. I emailed the owner who called himself “Mason Goldbridge” his cell phone 571-570-5638 which the numbers belong to Virginia. A friend told me if you have such a big business you should have 210 numbers. I emailed Mason Goldbridge about the refundable insurance why couldn’t he do it since he can get the money back. He replied back saying “You are the legal owner of the puppy and it is your responsibility to pay for the insurance cover of my puppies. And he is only here to help out with the process.” Then he said, he received an email from Rocket Pet Delivery saying that I am supposed to give him money to pay for the insurance. I said no and that’s when I ask to speak over the phone. Before I had Mr. Goldbridge call me, I had my boyfriend on the other line so he can hear our conversation. At the time I did not have his number. This will be our first time talking. Once he called, he did not sound American at all. That’s when I knew I messed up. He didn’t really talk much because he did not know what to say other than, “You’re the owner and it’s your responsibility to pay for your dog”. That’s when I tried to make him understand that if the money is refundable why can’t you do it? I’ll pay for the fees, I have no problem with that. Then he asks me to send him money to pay for it. But he wanted me to pay it by eBay Gift Card. I ask him why. He said why not. Why are you asking me about such things? I told him it seems pretty sketchy to me and he still blurts out “You’re the owner and it’s your responsibility”. So, I ask him am I getting my dog. Is this a scam? You are supposed to be a professional businessman and you’re acting like this. Why can’t you do it If the money is being refunded back to you? Why can’t you do it? You will get your money back. And if I send you an eBay Gift Card how does the Rocket Pet Delivery accept such thing. And how will I get my money back? “Oh, he has your information they will send it back to you once your dog is delivered.” He was raising his voice and I started to get upset and started to raise my voice. My boyfriend got into the conversation and started to ask Mason some questions. He never really answer the question I needed to know but just to let me know that I am responsible for my dog. And that I will be in trouble if I don’t take care of it. I told him I’ll take my chances and we can go to court. Funny thing is, he sat there for a bit on the phone and ask us is it ok for him to get off. I then tried to call Rocket Pet Delivery, it went straight to voicemail. I called twice and I also called the other number and it went straight to voicemail. I haven’t heard from them since.

I feel really really stupid. I am ashamed of myself. I should have stopped when my payment didn’t go through. There were so many signs and I ignored it. I am so heartbroken that I just cried and cried. I had to tell my kids that we weren’t going to have puppies anymore. I just told my kids that the owner changed their mind.
