A pop-up warning, on the night of 5/26/17, stating I had a "ZEUS VIRUS" on my computer scared me into calling a number that was shown on the screen. I panicked and called because the pop-up said that the virus could disable my computer. The person that I spoke to (very heavy Indian accent) told me that he was a consultant with Microsoft and scared me even more by telling me that all my information could be destroyed unless I acted immediately. He wound up selling me a so-called security plan for $300.00 which he said was better than the Norton plan that I had. Later that night, my friend told me that it was a scam and to go to my bank and block my account the next day.. Saturday morning (5/27/17) when I went to my bank they had already taken the money out and when I called and demanded a return of my money they agreed then and said that they would reverse it by 6/1/17. Since then I've made numerous calls to BULLSEYE SOLUTIONS and they continue to bounce me around and are now telling me that I have a 2-year NON-REFUNDABLE CONTRACT !! I'M OUT $300.00 because of these thieves. (SEE ATTACHED CONTRACT).

I was on my PC Friday evening, June 2, reading emails and checking websites I normally check like bank, credit card, coin vendors, etc. PC suddenly locked-up and instantly two boxes dropped in. The first I never got a chance to see. The second was from this company telling me I had been infected with a Zeus virus and to call them for repair. The guy who answered identified himself as Mike Willis, but that was obviously false. Although he spoke English, I could tell that was not his first language. He had the accent of someone from Southwest Asia, Middle East or West Africa. The kind of accent we've all heard. He said he would my PC fixed right then if I would sign an online contract and promise to send him a check for $500 by overnight mail. I told him OK and the PC was fixed about an hour and 20 minutes later. He called me at that time to see if PC was working OK and asked if I had sent the check yet. He seemed real concerned about that money. He had before tried to sell me a protection policy costing $2000 but I said no. He then called me again Saturday morning to "checkup on PC" and to see if I had sent the check. I told him PC working OK and I was going to post office soon. I did not send check overnight as he requested so I would have time to stop payment if I needed to. And up to 1030am Monday I haven't heard from him again, yet.
