I ordered a pair of jeans on this site, which looks much like WalMart's site (blue with yellow; plenty of products and it looks legitimate). I was really excited to see the jeans (in my size, even!) I had I have been searching for and was unable to find elsewhere, which may have clouded my good judgment. I placed the order in the cart, and the site said they accepted credit cards, PayPal, major gift cards, and bitcoin. I planned to use PayPal to pay, but when I got to the payment page, PayPal disappeared as an option. So I used my credit card. I got an error message saying my card was declined. This is a card I use often, so I thought that perhaps I had mis-entered the numbers. I tried again. Again, declined. Here is where my rational thinking went out the window, and I tried a different credit card. Also "declined." I really wanted this item, so I went to my Amazon account and ordered a gift card to pay for this item. Eventually, that was accepted as payment, even though the item was $16 and I entered a $25 gift card. I got several email from this "company" and finally got one that said my payment was being processed. A few days later, my bank called and alerted me about some charges I did not make. My card had been compromised. A couple of days after that, the other card (different bank) was also compromised. Thankfully both banks caught this right away and they were able to deny the payments that were attempted. I am sure this site was the source of the problem, as I never use the 2nd credit card, and suddenly it was compromised. I have tried sending emails to this company and get responses, but they do not answer my questions or really even relate to what I am asking. I got an email with a tracking number, and have been following the entries on this for a couple of weeks now. The tracking link takes me to a page that also looks legitimate (upncarrier.com), but the item has been all over the country and has supposedly left the "UPN Sort Facility" in my town two days ago. I don't expect to ever see my jeans or my $25 gift card again, and I feel very stupid for having fallen for this scam. I foolishly ignored all the red flags that were readily flying during this whole "purchase." I looked up the address listed on the company's website and it's a residential street, and the number doesn't exist. Multiple phone calls to the phone number listed = always busy. Please be careful when shopping on an unknown/unfamiliar site. I hope someone learns from my big mistake.

Tried to purchase item on their website that looked very similar to Walmart's website. The following day, the card I attempted to use on their website was compromised and had fraudulent AT&T charges on it. Website's order confirmation email directed to a fake shipping website (http://upncarrier.com)

Search for an item online took me to the Big Deals Box web site. It showed Walmart links to the specific item I was searching with a better price. After the purchase the site provided shipping information from a fake site for UPN Carrier. The following day I had an unauthorized charge of $256 on the visa I used. Visa was notified and charge was denied. Big Deals Box is a scam.

- Reno, NV, USA

Site advertised a product I was having trouble finding. Was suspicious when price was quite a bit lower than I'd paid previously (even at Walmart). Tried to find reviews of the site online before shopping but couldn't find anything but website references. Since the total cost was about $50, I decided to complete the purchase. When entering my credit card information (URL line in browser showed a lock and https://), the first card was rejected (happens rarely on legitimate sites) so tried another. Second card rejected as well. Ended up paying with PayPal. Another feature that was suspicious was that the site said it would accept Bitcoin. Received an email confirming purchase and two days later an email confirming shipping with a business called UPN Courier (their website looks legitimate but I now sure is part of the scam. The "package" destined for me has made 3 3-day stays in New Jersey, New Jersey and South Carolina. At this rate, the "package" will never reach Reno, NV.

On the day I ordered FRAUDULENT CHARGES began to appear on my credit cards!

Subsequent more diligent searching turned up the same scam at two other websites called Big Offers Mall and Tech Offers Mall. People reporting on these entities also had fraudulent charges appear on their credit cards (also cards were rejected at the time the information was submitted on the site).

I "purchased" an item on the bigdealsmall.com website. I used my credit card information to make the purchase and not long after that, fraudulent charges showed up on my account.

After a month of waiting, the item never arrived. I contacted customer support and they told me that after a month they would send the items express mail to me. Once it was after a month I emailed them again, no response from them.

I looked on some rip off reporting websites and found many others reporting similar occurrences.
