PURCHASED A VACATION PACKAGE, I CALLED MANY TIMES THEY TRIED TO ACOMODATE ME WITH RESERVATIONS BUT NEVER FINALIZED, THEY WERE GIVING ME NEGATIVE ANSWERS ALL THE TIME, TRANSFERING ME TO THE PROPRTIES WHERE NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP US.

NOW I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM MANY TIMES NO ANSWER, NO WHERE TO CALL OR COMPLAIN, DOES ANY BODY KNOW WAHT TO DO?

I ATEMPT TO BOOK MY VACATION PACKAGE, FIGURED THAT I WAS SCAMED, I BEEN CALLING AND CALLING NO ANSWER.
ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAIN? PAID $695
I ALSO NOTICED THAT THEIRE WEB DOES NOT SHOW ON GOOGLE ANYMORE, I DON'T KNOW WHERE WE CAN REPORT THESE SCAMMERS.

It was actually almost 2 yrs ago. I am going through my papers and ran across it so I decided to go online and see if anyone else had been scammed since I. I have purchased these type of package before and I ask several questions and it seem legit. Well when I when to book my trip a year later that is when I found out it was a scam. I went online and nothing like a thief in the night gone. I paid 580.00 throught my credit card. Luck I was able to file a claim. B*****ds!

I was let to believe that this was a Hilton honors promotion. 1st for 4 was a destination was Mexico 90 minute sales meeting. Then enjoy the week.
2nd vacation was a 12 Day 11 night cruise to Greece. 3rd trip 7-10 days for 4 anywhere in the world.

I have received multiple calls from this scammer stating I was a recent visitor to Marriot Hotels and I had won a complimentary stay at one of their resort hotels. Usually I just hang up, but I was hoping to use the stay on an upcoming trip to Houston. They offered one vacation for 2 adults and 2 children, which I declined. I was then transferred to an English speaking female who finagled until we were up to an awesome opportunity for 4 vacations for a family of 4 at the amazing price of $800. The agent said her name was Candice Cruz, phone # 866-836-7889 ext. 1034 (same customer service #). I wasn't comfortable with giving my credit card info to my bank, so I used a card I keep less than $200 on, and gives me a receipt of the charge to my phone.

I charged 100, which showed on my phone as: MXN1974.00 (I'm assuming this is Mexican Pesos). They said for me to expect a phone call in a day, and an E-mail in 2 days with all the information I had been given over the phone spelled out in an agreement and some forms to sign and return.

I have had several legitimate offers like this in the past, and this offer sounded very real. However when I received the call today things did not jive for me. When I reviewed the paperwork, I first noticed there was not address for the business, and it the person I talked with said he was on CST, but Candice said she was on EST, yet at the same location . I called the # and after a long wait they answered and I asked for their address. First he seemed stunned and repeated what I said, then he 313 (as if he was going to give me an address) but then hung up the phone. That's when I began to research online for the business, and I found none matching their description.
