I purchased a vacation package and scheduled my trip, but I had to reschedule due to COVID. Now that I am ready to re-book my trip, the listed phone number in my email communications with them does goes to another company, my email bounced back, and the website re-directs me to a VRBO site.

I purchased a great vacation package. Too good to be true. Now that I am ready to book they have disconnected their phones and pulled down their website. Hopefully I can dispute with my bank. Beware!

My wife and I received a phone call from Austin Matinez and offered a lovely package. We we told we have up to 9 months to cancel as long as no reservations were made. We decided to proceed and were transferred to Daniel Hernandez, a verification legal officer. He processed the card and sent us an email to sign and return the verification form to complete the purchase. However when we received the email the form stated NON-REFUNDABLE. We decided NOT to sign this form and requested a refund. They sent us an email saying sorry you have decided to cancel and needed us to fill out another form to proceed with the cancelation. We sent it over and after multiple attempts to communicate NO RESPONSE AT ALL! So we decided to dispute with our bank. They did respond to them of course. They had forged my handwriting on the form we did not send over to them, did not acknowledge that we requested to cancel despite all the proof we sent over. We lost the dispute and still can not get in touch with them to get this resolved. We have requested to open up our dispute and are still trying hoping that something can happen. We even emailed their customer support line and no answer from them either. Our next try may need to be via lawyer.

Beachresortsinterantional.com called me shortly after I was on Costco's website looking for a vacation. The young lady, Abigail McCain told me that she was from Costco. I thought this vacation was legitimate. I purchased their vacation package and was given 17 days if I needed to cancel. The $1499.00 was posted to my card. On day 10, fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card from Mexico for meal purchases. I called my credit card company and reported the fraudulent charges. I called their company and requested a cancellation of the vacation fee due to the fact that I believed someone in their organization used my information.

They became very nasty and told me that the return policy is 10 days. How convenient. I asked for a supervisor and was denied a supervisor. They laughed and told me that I can get another vacation anywhere else in the world but do not come to Mexico, but there is no vacation there and that they were not refunding the vacation fee. I called several times and was grossly mistreated, yelled at and told they will not help me.

thanks. I'm here bc I got the same call. It's 1699.00 now.
I'm sorry you've lost your hard earned money!

They have called me several times to try and get me to pay via credit card for resort / cruise vacation packages. Every time the package is a different dollar amount. Ranging from $299 to $2149. Based upon whatever the caller / scammer thinks they can hook you for. Their website is a dead give away to their illigitamacy. It looks like a DIY gum stick project done with Wix.com, or the like. Funny how there is no phone or address to contact them, only a bogus email. Every time they call, a different phone number appears on my caller ID. Not a real number of course. One time I got the scammer to give me a company phone number, which was: 998 478-5120. Also not legit. However, when I Google that number it was linked to a social security administration fraud scam. The website does mention they're based in Cancoun Mexico and since every scam caller has a Mexican accent, it's probably the only true thing mentioned.

They said they were contacting Costco members to offer Costco travel to select resorts for discounted prices due to lack of travel during Covid.
