There is a scam going around online, firs they send you an email stating it is a survey and they use companys name and advertising such as Capital One , Walmart, Khols, Walgreens, ect... it will state you are being offered a one time great deal on such and such product ... just take this quick and easy survey for a chance to win product for free only pay s&h for such $ amount. in my case the email was advertising as capital one %survey and i could take survey and win a free dash cam only pay 6.95 s&h. i submitted survey stated i get dash cam for free just pay the s&h fee of only 6.95 so i submitted my cc info... i was a dummy bcus let me tell you a company called pleasant plaza element charged my card a month later for 96.99 ( this name is no where to be found). my scam date on order 11/22/21 pd the 6.95 S&H then on 12/31/21 pleasant plaza charged my cc the 96.9' beware folks, went back to email and discovered more customer service phone numbers .. 844-405-1953 & 888-752-3057 800-651-2126 names -dashcam. & alpha options dash cam &pleasant plaza element. my refund is not on my account and they sent me an email from alpha cam stated they refunded the 96.99 it is a lie. these emails surveys are a huge scam donot buy into it please.
