I ordered the screen with the projector as a gift for my husband on July 29th 2020 and didn't receive it. I messaged them many times and ended up asking for a refund as I was over the wait. I received one message saying that I couldn't get my refund as it was already is processed and dispatched. That was the only email I received from them. I continued to email them but got nothing back. I had asked for a refund so many times as that was money I could of used for my babies instead. So frustrating

Hi there my Name is Amy Cantu last year in June 2020 I had bought a projector with Zum projector. I had waiting for about a month since it was going to take to to get delivered I would message the company and also on Facebook saying what's going on with my projector or if it wasn't yet sent out if I can have my money back as a refund.. thank you

I need to know what's going to happen now

I ordered a zum projector for my daughter's birthday in 2020. Ive emailed them several times after it took months. I get the same response every time, computer generated ofcourse. Not only did I lose $50, my kid didn't get the gift she really wanted, which is alot worse than losing money!

I order a projector in feb 6 and never received it, I call my card to get my refund and they said I had to get in touch with them for my refund, so I did the only way you can reach them is from email, and they respond is your order is being process or it being delivered, I have receipt of all my transaction and my tracking & from SHOP tracking., all I want is my refund, my grandkids was so disappointed and during this pandemic with nothing to do at home.

Same experience as everyone else. After first follow up, they claiming order is late due to COVID-19. After 2nd follow up, nobody replied.

Not sure if helpful but after checking with the credit card company this is what shows in the transaction details THEROPLUS (647) 767-5714 a contact number in Toronto, ON. There was no answer but the VM seemed to be someone's personal phone number. Most likely, the number of the person that scammed us all.

Ordered from them July 29th, ordered the projector and projector screen and all I received was an order number. Emailed them back months later got an email from a rahaul and Melissa saying “

Thank you for reaching out to us and hope you are doing well. Your order was received and dispatched. We are waiting for the shipping facility to send us updates so we can share the tracking with you. It is just the current pandemic restrictions causing some delays. Your patience is highly appreciated. Stay safe!

And I never heard anything since! The website say 403 Forbidden when I try to go to it. It’s a complete scam!

I ordered July 29th and gotten one email sayin due to Covid there will be some delays. I ordered the screen and the projector, they never came. I’m very mad over this! Complete scam! I always order off fb and for this one to be a scam, I won’t order off there no more! I also ordered from posture pro fix too and nothing! I believe they are a scam too!

I too was ripped off by zumprojectors. July27, $40. Contacted several times with no response. They took my money.
No help from Facebook. No help from my bank. Even filed a report with FBI, no help.
I will never even click on another Facebook ad. ALL SCAMS!

I saw the advertisement on Facebook, the ad was so
Good. I wanted it for summer to watch movies outside. It was reasonably priced. $89. I have bought on FB before, so I did not even think it was and am. I trusted FB. I have received no emails or any contact after the purchase. I have the app SHOP, to track all my packages. Nothing came up on there. So I believe I was scammed.

I bought the ZUM projector on July 28, after that I emailed and no response. I got scammed. I agree with one of the other comments. How can Facebook allow this. Now I am scared and will not order on FB again, I will use Amazon!

I have ordered my product on July 25, 2020. I have emailed [email protected] at least 7 times in the past few months and only got a reply stating due to.covid orders are delayed...Lost out on $54.95. If you see the add on Facebook, don't fall for it.

Same I ordered in July they sent me a email stating due to Covid it will be longer than normal it is now November and still haven’t gotten anything emailed them at least 10 times a week and nothing such a scam

Had ordered this back in July and now it is the beginning of November!
At first, they had responded explaining ‘Due to “COVID” it may not ship out right away.’ I did try to get a hold of them through email throughput the months and I have NOT heard a response. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered on July 26th and have not received anything have emailed multiple times without any response. I ordered this for my son’s birthday and was so excited for him and told him about it . He is so disappointed he hasn’t received his birthday present very sad and disappointed in this scam company!

Same! I ordered in June to give ample time due to Covid for my sons late August birthday so we could do something outside. They responded the first few times and now nothing! Infuriating!

This exactly happened to me, I was disappointed!

I ordered $220 worth of products on July 25th and have not received any response to many email inquiries. I tried the two email addresses below, and any potential variations (with and without an 's' in the word 'projector'.

No phone number to be found anywhere on their website or the web period. I am about to call my credit card company and tell them the charge was unauthorized. I'm super bummed, as the products looked pretty awesome.

Our experience is the same as everyone else's. We ordered July 6th, received the same Covid response a month later, and as if today (October 20) no response and no projector. I hear our bank may be able to help us with recovering money. I sure hope so, this is very disappointing. Total scam.

MANY people ordered this projector on line through FB and have not received this item. Many have filed complaint with FB and nothing is being done. Few people received excuse delayed shipping due to COVID but none have received the product, myself included and it has been 3 months.

Yes Zum is a total scam ordered waited never received e mailed waited longer due to covid19 still nothing.
