The website seems incredibly questionable. I bought a bicycle for my son based on the premise of two-day order processing and free two-day shipping. 1. My confirmation number was sketchy, #Inunso1001. 2. The only way to pay was through paypal, and when the order went through the money went to "laszlo levasseur molnar". The other name on the Paypal account was MUNOZRPATRI. 3. I had to download the "Shop" app to track my order, something new to me. Upon signing up, the app requested access to my e-mail messages. 4. The company phone number is based in Fresno, CA with a voicemail that does not identify a name or anything. 5. The business address is actually the home of a fitness and hair care place in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with no affiliation seen regarding inunso.com or any of it's products. 6. All of my calls an e-mails have remained unanswered and I have received no updates at all. My product has not shipped.
