The other day my mom wanted to adopt a puppy so she found a site online and ordered one to be delivered to our house. we received a tracking number and she got a receipt from the transaction which was using cash through a bitcoin machine. we were told the puppy was going to arrive the next day but the next day we had not received the puppy it’s been about a week and a half have still not received the puppy where our money back which they said was refundable. after our initial payment for the puppy they then proceeded to ask for 1600 more dollars from lys that was supposedly going to be refunded to us when the puppy was delivered. we have still not received a puppy or a refund I argued with multiple people over the phone asking for our money back and asking to cancel the order which they said that they could not do and then they also claim to us that the puppy was sick and could not continue being delivered with the puppy never being in our care they still said they required us to pay for the puppies vet visits We told the seller that this was going to be his responsibility to pay for the puppies health problems when we had already asked for a refund and were told the puppy was in good health. they then proceeded to ask us for 4000 more dollars which we declined to pay
