They advertised a special price on an inflatable jacuzzi, claiming it comes with all parts & accessories needed to run it except the water & padding for underneath it. Also includes 2-yr warranty on all parts, accessories, & service. & said it would ship out of their warehouse in California (I also live in California),& said it would arrive in about 7-10 days. They took my money readily enough, but it's been 2 months & it's never arrived. I showed a few people what I saw on the website, online store, or whatever you want to call it, in the week after I purchased it, as well as checking out the validity of the website on a site that does that. It said the store had only been in operation for a few months, but there were no complaints &as far as they could tell, it was legitimate. After waiting almost 3 weeks I tried to contact the company, but when I clicked my shortcut, The page that opened said "The shop is currently not available". I went back several times over the next couple weeks, but it still says the same thing. & I'm out another $80 I can't afford to lose. This is now the FOURTH TIME I've gotten screwed in this way by ordering something online & I'm really sick of it, & thoroughly disgusted by the blatant way SO MANY PEOPLE are scamming ordinary customers! I'm also PISSED that we seem to be forced to purchase things online more &more due to the closure of so many physical stores, mostly cuz it's cheaper FOR THEM. But it's incredibly risky for US & I've lost close to $700 over just the past 3 months, even though I've done my due diligence before making a purchase. Products either don't arrive, don't work as advertised when they do. I don't know what to do except warn others, because I'm sure they're just getting started..
