I made a purchase on 1/1/23. It is currently 4/3/23 and I STILL have not received my order AND they basically do not respond to my emails. The only one of FOUR EMAILS sent to them inquiring of my order that they responded to (1/10/23, 2/23/23, 3/3/23, 3/21/23) was the one from 2/23/23, saying my “order should be on the way soon.” It is not on the way. They won’t respond to their chat function online and have provided ZERO details as to what’s going on. It has been OVER FOUR MONTHS SINCE MY ORDER. Unreal.

And to make matters worse on another sale from January 2 I did actually receive the items, but I returned half of them, and they will not give me my money back.

Unbelievable!!!
