Similar to other reports. I found a discounted item, paid the purchase price with a debit card, received a confirmation email followed by another email a day or two later that the item was no longer available and that my debit card would be credited in 7-14 days. Then nothing.

This all occurred in the first week of July 2018.

This site offered a decent discount on an item I wanted purchase (Fisher Price Rain Forest Jumparoo). I placed an order with them on 7/12, and they then emailed 7/14 saying the item was out of stock and that they were issuing a refund that would take from 7-21 days to appear on my card. Well, it is past 21 days now, and I still do not have a refund. Their website is down and using the contact email they provide on their "maintenance" page results in just an automated email stating the item is out of stock and it will take 7-21 days to appear on my card.

I would definitely advise anyone not to purchase from them, although it is now moot since their site has been down for some time. A fly by night operation who made off with my money. I should have been smarter, they showed the signs of being risky, but I wanted that discount. Damn it.

Placed an order on wixizi.com. I placed an order and received an email that stated, "Your order on WiXiZi.com has been refunded. We regret to inform you that your order could not be completed. While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. We sincerely apologize for this problem." Don't know when and How I will get my money back. Please refrain doing business with Wixizi.com.

They charged me for a swimming pool two days later said it wasn't in stock and they were refunding my money in 7 to 21 days. The website has no phone number and has not refunded my money and will not answer to fix the issue. I'm pretty sure I was scammed.

I placed an order on wixizi.com for a discounted price of a "23 and ME DNA Kit. The website showed hundreds of items available on huge discounts. I placed an order on July 13, 2018 for the DNA Kit with a 50% -60 % discount compared to other websites. I received the order confirmation immediately from their site. However, 3 days later on July 16, 2018 an auto-generated email was triggered with following statement and order number which had been refunded: "Your order on WiXiZi.com has been refunded. We regret to inform you that your order could not be completed. While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. However, depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7-21 days for the money to be available in your card balance. If you have any further questions, please contact us. We sincerely apologize for this problem." I am very concerned that is is a SCAM website taking peoples credit cards and money. I suggest your possibly refrain doing business with Wixizi.com. Their website does not provide a telephone number!!

Purchased Apple MMEF2AM/A AirPods Wireless Bluetooth Headset for iPhones with iOS 10 or Later White for a 50% discount. I received an order confirmation and they charged my credit card. 13 days later I went to track my order and it said "refunded" I have not received a refund or any further correspondence.

The website would look fishy at first place with items available on huge discounts. I placed an order for "Apple Airpods" with 50% discount and got the order confirmation from their site as well; However, later an auto-generated email was triggered with following statement -

"Your order on WiXiZi.com has been refunded. We regret to inform you that your order could not be completed. While our website may have indicated an in-stock status, one or more items in your order were not in stock at the time your order was to be fulfilled. Your order cancellation will process today, and we are currently processing your refund. However, depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7-21 days for the money to be available in your card balance. If you have any further questions, please contact us. We sincerely apologize for this problem."

There website has been down since then. Don't know when and How I will get my money back.

Please refrain doing business with Wixizi.com.
