Ordered 3 pairs of Summitskin pants from Wild Country Gear. Didn’t fit, so I returned them for an exchange. Thankfully they sent me an email verifying that they received my return. Later they would state that they never received anything back. Never got my exchange. Stopped responding to my emails. Finally disputed the charges with my CC company. After seeing all of my emails and their email that they actually did receive my return, my CC company refunded the charges. Avoid Wild Country Gear. Either they are just completely disorganized, or they are a complete scam. Seeing all of the BBB complaints filed (BBB gives them an F rating), I’m thinking it’s a true scam. Beware!

I as many others did was order two pair of Summitskin bombshell pants buy two and get one free from Wild Country Gear. When I got the invoice (#XYR19294)on January 4,2021 they had charged my Visa Card $179.90 for two pair and $89.95 for a third pair that I had not ordered. The fourth pair was free.

Since I had originally ordered only the two pair and one free I sensed a SCAM. I then emailed them on January 5,2021 informing them that I wanted to cancel the entire order and requested a full refund to my Visa and to eMail me a cancellation confirmation. Two days and never heard from I tried calling, left a message but never got a reply.

Again I eMailed them a got a reply from a Abbi asking the reason which I immediately responded and guess what no reply.

Today January28 a package arrived from Shopify from a Utah address but promptly refused it. In no way was there four pair of pants in the loose plastic bag that was shipped to me.

I now have disputed the two charges with Visathis company is definitely a SCAM outfit! !

was on the website, put products in cart, was asked if I want to add another item for 50%, clicked yes...then it ran my CC twice with no confirmation, no receit, no email. Yet, my CC was charged for two transactions well above what was being offered. emailed their support address(no reply), and the phone number is "disconnected"

This company is advertised on Facebook. This is a similar website company as https://www.edgenesspro.com - please ref complaints. Multiple reviews on Edgness Pro have the same attached pictures shown on Wild Country Gear - except the names and comments are totally different. Would you trust a company that does this ? Some reports indicate that it is possibly a "Trevor Chapman’s" company. (The website is identical to his many other companies such as ldsman.com. He’s made a lot of money ripping people off via ecomnerce, and will proudly teach others how to do the same) ... buyer beware !
