Wellness Pharmers Reports & Reviews (3)

I responded to an add for a free sample of CBD oil for pain relief, just pay for shipping and handling. I was unaware that I was entering a monthly subscription for this product. I am being charged for this free sample and for another that I did not authorize. This subscription cost $98.90 per month. Their method of business falls in the category of scam. I am seeking a refund of this amount $98.90 and another for $95.88. I am returning the product I did not authorize to the return address on the package. SLIM NUTRA, Ste 146, 699 Lewellin Blvd, SanLeandro CA 94579.

Same thing happened to me. I lost $100 because I didn't see the small print, the offer came as a gift from Home Depot for being a good customer. I text through their customer service and was told I agreed to buy it by not sending it back. I told them I don't want any more, take me off their list. Last week I go a $96 charge to my credit card and more crap came in the mail today. Apparently, I haven't figured out how to undo this yet.
I haven't seen a phone number to call.

They offer a "free" bottle of CBD oil for "only the discounted shipping cost." After you purchase it, offers pop up for a CBD cream ($6.94), then a mediation app (free), then something else. There was no choice to decline the offers until the third thing, so I declined that. But they had already added the cream, which I did NOT want, and then there was no way to go back and finalize anything. I clicked on Contact Us, got the phone number for customer support, and promptly called (four times), only to have the message that I had reached a number that is no longer in service each time. I clicked on Terms and Conditions, and found that by having the "free" bottle shipped to me, I was enrolling myself in a "subscription" service that would ship out another bottle and charge my credit card automatically every 30 days for the oil and the shipping. I have already emailed them to cancel any auto-ships/subscriptions. WHY did I not heed the warning I have heard so many times, "If it sounds too good to be true, it almost certainly is"?!?!? This report asks if the victim lost money. I do not know that yet. I just fell for this scam tonight, so don't know the results yet. Hopefully I caught it in time. But if I had not looked this up online (AFTER the fact :-/), I would not have checked Terms and Conditions, and would not have seen that I had enrolled myself in an automatic shipment subscription. This is underhanded. And there was no option to use PayPal, so I did enter in a credit card number. That should have been another warning to me. Shame on me for falling for this.
