our fur cat passed 1 day before Easter and we called a few pet cremation places and after calling a few places we decided to call this place. it was the hardest thing to do and to tell my kids. they picked up our pet on 4/9/23 Easter which made it more harder. When i made the online application i chose the ink paw print and had my kids pick an urn. the next day on 4/10/23 one of my sons wanted me to ask if it was to late to add the fur to our order. I called and asked. they said it wasn't late and send me the number to send them the money throw via Zelle. i send the money. after it said it was going to take 3-5 weeks. it took 6 weeks. they then said it was already send i got a tracking number that didn't get updated until a friend called. when i received our pet ashes, urn and ink paw print. i noticed that the fur clippings weren't there. i called and they said that they would check and i would get a call or text back. i didn't get any update even after i kept texting them. i then got worried. i called and my calls kept going to voicemail. that's when i noticed they had blocked me. i called both numbers and both kept going to voicemail. then i had my friend call them and because she used her phone to called them they also blocked her. we then decided to email them and tell them i was going to report them to ScamPulse.com that's when they texted me right away saying that their phone is down but continued texting me on the same number. they said they couldn't find any jar with our pet fur inside but instead of us getting a call and notifying us they blocked us. if we wouldn't of emailed them, they wouldn't have told us anything. they did return my sons money back. they returned $33 (they also had said i ordered the pet fur too late. but it wasn't because they said i still had time to order it) After that they said that they can offer us and updated urn with something else that my son would choose for free to try to make it better. i then told them he was sad but i was going for him. i noticed that they once again blocked me. i understand that they returned our money back, but the experience have been really bad. i read a lot of their reviews on google and yelp they are all really bad. at the moment i didn't think about reading any reviews as this has been our first pet loss.
