I ordered a DVD The Bee Keeper I still have not received it yet. They took the money $11.99 out of my account. If they can't send it please put the money back in my account. Thanks

Purchased 8 items (Blu Ray Movies) from aforementioned site thinking that I would be receiving 8 physical Blu Ray DVD's in the mail.

Got 'email' shortly afterwards saying that to get these movies, I needed 'download' them.

No physical copy, just a site to download them.

Also unable to download one of the purchased Movies (Colette).

And the ones that I could download were not lossless. Not original.

Biggest issue is the site shows no mention of 'downloading' movies. You see this after you've purchased them.

P.S. and the site even calculates shipping cost.
