- Dallas, TX, USA

The company has called me more than 5 times on my cell phone saying they will be on my street tomorrow to conduct free home inspections whereby the company will supposedly check my home for storm damage. There is no ScamPulse.com or Google listing for the company. When I begin to ask the caller questions, the caller typically just hangs up. During each call I ask to be removed from the call list to no avail. Today, I asked the caller to repeat the name of the Business and he made a static noise and hung up. Friday, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he spoke to someone in the background, then abruptly said "Goodbye" and hung up. I did not speak to a "supervisor". Each time I try to ring the number back I get a "The number you dialed is not a working number" message. The background during the calls is always noisy - as if they are calling from a call center and each caller speaks with an american accent.

The below asks if the scammer has attempted to take money. We have not allowed the company to visit our home, so I am not positive what would happen if I granted them permission to check my home for "damage" - my guess is that they would find some them try to solicit a deposit to come do the repairs...
