Teacup Puppy Home Reports & Reviews (9)

The website teacuppuppyhome.com came up in a local search for breeders in my 18438 zipcode. I live in Pennsylvania. I know the price of Yorkie puppies in my area is over $3000, so when I saw their puppies were around $900, I emailed, inquiring about a puppy named Bailey. After they responded, saying that Bailey was available, I realized they were located in Texas. They told me it wasn’t a problem because they ship puppies regularly, in fact, my boss had done so himself, successfully receiving a puppy from a breeder in Tenn. After I paid $1150.00 for the puppy, shipping and a driver to my home, we were good to go. I was emailed a contract, and the flight information, which had a connecting flight in Kansas City. I was unhappy about because it would be a longer trip for the puppy. After the puppy was supposedly on a plane, I was emailed by the carrier, Pac Gulf, that the puppy would now need an air-conditioned crate, and I could rent one for $900 getting 90% back afterwards. I questioned this, asking the “breeder” what was up with this. He told me it happens and I should just do it because I would be refunded 90%. I paid. Then once they got to KC, I was emailed once again by Pac Gulf saying that I would need Pet insurance and that the puppy was very stressed and would need an antidepressant. All costing $1250. I was really starting to get suspicious and googled the carrier which seemed legitimate. I kept picturing this poor puppy stressed and crying, so I agreed to pay. Then, once the puppy supposedly landed at Newark Airport, the airport I was having him delivered to, I was emailed once again about PA requiring an $899 City Permit for dogs. I never heard of this and question it once again. Both the breeder and carrier said this was a new law and that I couldn’t receive the puppy without paying it. I googled and saw no evidence that this law existed. I told them I was never told about any of these additional fees up front, and was now out of money and just couldn’t pay. They continued to tell me this puppy was sitting there and wouldn’t be delivered without me paying. I did not pay. The next day, I received a text from the “breeder” asking me if I received the puppy, when he new full well, there was no puppy, nor did I receive one. I told him there was no puppy and wanted a refund. He didn’t understand why I said there was no puppy. I received no refund on anything.

I paid $500 to hold on to reserve a teacup Yorkshire Puppy they will not give me my money back they’re playing games. Do you really have the nerve to take money off people but my husband is looking into it right now he works for the FBI and we’re tracking down the IP address

These people sent me an itinerary for shipping the pups and a contract and their home address so they made me feel like everything was legit. Then I got a message about renting pet crates so I called the airport and found out it was a scam. My husband and I are so heartbroken and feel violated. Please help us help someone else not make this same mistake

On Dec 16th I contacted a company through a website teacuppuppyhome.com to see if a Yorkie was available. They replied that the puppy was available and could be picked up at the Airport on Monday Dec 20th. We had a signed agreement for payment of $1320 but they said their first payment through Venmo did not go through so I sent a 2nd payment which they stated they received. When the puppy was to be shipped they said a special crate was required for $800 which would be refunded after turning the crate in. The payment was sent through paypal but they said the payment was placed on hold so I had to give a $500 gift card to process the crate. They provided shipping information through pacgulfmail.com. when we arrived at the airport I received an email that the plane had been delayed but they assured me the puppy would still arrive. When I asked for the itinerary they said they lost it but to be patient the puppy would be there the next day. The next day came and went with only a response of let me verify. They've stopped responding and I got no puppy.

How come this company still in business and hasn't been charged when we can pull emails and texts from this company..the telephone number is 5403282095

They text with too many errors and when you search the image of the puppy, it’s on a few different puppy scam websites.

I contacted this company because I saw their website. The person told me that they charged $1100 for female teacup yorkies and $900 for males. I told him I was looking for a male. He told me it would be $900 plus an additional $180 to ship the dog. He told me I would pay half and then he would send the puppy and I would pay the other half. He told me to go to Walmart and buy gift cards for $540. My caretaker took a picture of the cards and the receipt and sent it to him. After that, he told me he was going to ship the puppy to me. He was stringing me along until I stopped calling him.

I was searching for a Teacup Shi Tzu on line found one on their website made contact with them they promptly texted me with info and more pictures of the puppy we (we being my wife and I) were interested in. We decided to but they then insisted on the $850.00 payment using Zelle and informed us once payment was made to send a screenshot of the confirmation, which I did. the next morning Sat 06/06/2020 I got an email from Global Logistics Shipping Service with tracking info for our puppy and that she was currently going thru a preshipment vet exam. The next email explained that the puppy would need an enviromentally controlled kennel to the tune of $1289.00 that would be refunded to us upon delivery of the puppy also using Zelle and to send a screenshot of payment confirmation which I did. Then started there is a problem with the payment you need to request money from us so you can send it back to us and we can get send it to the delivery agent to refund you immediatly upon delivery. After a number of calls they the delivery service assured me the puppy would be delivered by 11 am 06/07/2020. I sincerely doubt that is going to happen. The supposed breeder even texted me and said "let us know when you recieve your baby" https://globallogisticshippingservice.com/track-form/ this is the website of the alleged shipping company that scammed me for $1289.00 https://tcmonsters.com/index.html is the web address of the alleged breeder that scammed me for $850.00
