I found this seller on instagram. I messaged them through TextNow, a messaging site. I was asking questions and the seller got defensive. I asked why I could not find the breeder on the AKC website since he was claiming to sell AKC puppies. He kept insisting that I send my payment to a PayPal linked to a Martin Wambua ([email protected]). He claimed that he was apart of So Cal Corgis (a breeder in Chino, CA). He had told me he was based in San Jose. This is when I called So Cal Corgis and asked if they knew these people.
