This website offered kayaks for Black Friday. I used PayPal for security but they are advanced scammers. They went to Amazon and got a ups tracking number. That tracking number told PayPal it was delivered. But not to me and because of ups rules they cannot expose the customer it was delivered to. So I was ripped off. What bothers me most is this site is still up and stealing from others. I have a security camera system where I can prove there was no ups delivery to my property when they told PayPal it was delivered. So PayPal cannot help unless you can get ups to expose the location it was delivered, and ups says it’s against there rules. I need help please!
