Student Loan News Reports & Reviews (1)

- Snyder, TX, USA

I first noticed this on a snapchat story, someone posted it and said that 90% of their student loans were forgiven when they talked to this "company". I am up to my ears in student debt, and it said no credit check was needed so I said sure why not. I called the number and the lady was very sweet so everything seemed ok at first. She asked if I was currently enrolled in school, if I was over $10,000 in debt, and if I had a steady form of income. I answered her questions and she then went on to ask which company my student loans were through ( I couldn't remember so I told her I didn't know) , and then she asked for my social security number so she could look it up. I did not feel comfortable giving it to her so she told me to find out where my loans are from and to call back. I hung up and after further research I am 95% sure this was a scam.
