Stackcrypto Reports & Reviews (1)

- Mesquite, TX, USA

I was looking to invest in bitcoin and was presented with the opportunity to make a $10,000 return from funding a stackcrypto account. I was told that all I had to do was fund my account $500 and then I would receive a $10,000 pay out. I funded my account $500 but was charged $40 which left me with $460 in my stackcrypto account. I left the account this way for about 3/4 days until I started receiving text messages from a 903 number instructing me to fund my account of $40 so I could receive my $10,000 payout. A day later I funded my stackcrypto account to equal $500.00. 24 hours later I checked my account and noticed my account was as if I had not funded it with $500. So I attempted to call the 903 number that had previously texted me. My phone call went unanswered. I notified the texter that’s felt uncomfortably about my transaction and I wanted a refund. Later I received another text stating that I needed to fund my account an additional $500 in order for me to be able to withdraw my funds. I check the website and it does state minimum balance has to be $1000 to withdraw funds. I funded my account an additional $500 out of desperation and reassurance from the company that this was the only way to get my money back. 24 hours later the funds are still not reflecting account. I call the number on the website. No answer. I email the company. No response. I receive a text message stating that I need to fund my account an additional $200 service fee for a delay in funding my account. At this point I knew that I had been scammed. I responded to the text asking to verbally speak with a representative on 4 different occasions. Every request I was reassured that a representative would call me shortly. No one ever called. None of my emails to the company has ever been addressed. I asked the person who was sending me text through the company with whom was I speaking to and they never would say. Do not trust this company. I was phished from a dating site by someone acting like they were interested in me. We talked for a couple of months about me investing before I actually did. This person showed me his account and convinced me that the company was legit. He witnessed me being scammed and promised to send me $30,000. After everything he was still trying to convince me to invest more money into the company until I had to tell him to leave me alone.
