I don’t mind saying that I wanted this car really badly! Unfortunately this was the only dealer showing this car being available after quite the search. Sabastian was the salesman that I mainly dealt with. When I called the price changed immediately from the online price. They justified it by saying the online price is for financing only. No indication of this online. After agreeing to the sale they quickly added another $1000 saying that they miss quoted a wrong price to me. I wanted the car so I did the sale. I’m out of state& wanted the car sent to me. I arranged a tow company in coordination with the dealership for a specific time& date. The tow company came and the dealership did not have the car ready claiming that they needed time with the paperwork for more signatures and that they’re having the car cleaned. I lost my money for the tow company and expressed that we were coordinated for a week& they weren’t ready. The tow company was extremely upset for the time waiting. They took pictures & recorded their interaction with the dealership as proof & for their future customers to be aware of the unpleasant and unprofessional behavior of this dealership. I asked the dealership to rectify the situation and have my car towed since this was their error. The “manager “ said that it would be taken care of and asked for the tow company’s contact. I immediately got a call from sabastian who had called out sick and said we’re not paying for anything! I was appalled. I told him that I spoke to your manager & he agreed to pay for the tow being that it was an error on the dealerships behalf. Sabastian got nasty and while calling me from his “sick bed” said that the tow company weren’t willing to wait more than 5 minutes for them to get things ready. Meanwhile I have the pictures & recordings from the tow company of them ignoring and being unprofessional with the tow company who waited almost an hour and the dealership still wasn’t ready. They tried to scam on the paperwork by not signing in many areas. I’m confused if they’re just plain incompetent or savages. If you want a car that they own as bad as I did, you’re going to ignore the signs & get it anyway. Check every single page of their paperwork and have someone who knows paperwork there with you! I really suggest not buying anything with this dealership! There’s not an honest soul working there. I honestly do not know why they’re still operating! This makes Miami look very bad, as it is a part of the name. I hope that the officials are already in process of closing this place down. I paid $1000 more than advertised online and lost $1000 with the towing.

Ezequiel and Sebastian were the two primary salesmen I dealt with. They sent me to drive off the lot during unsafe weather conditions in the late evening in a vehicle that was not even safe to drive, even according to our licensed mechanic. It didn’t feel safe to navigate on the road. When I went to purchase the vehicle they claimed it was in great condition with low miles. Upon entry to the dealership, none of them had masks on and they had the vehicle in service with their onsite mechanic who was working on the vehicle for 5+ hours to get the vehicle ready and they asked me if I had come alone....I wonder why. Many alarms were going off in my head as I waited hours to be presented the SUV and the day turned into night. I assumed they were also detailing the car since it took so long, and the interior was still disgusting upon presentation. Thankfully I brought my own Lysol wipes and spray with COVID precautions in mind. Another red flag, they wanted to shine their phone flash lights to try to show me the vehicle in the dark, and the dashboard was flashing between red battery and malfunction. The vehicle i was presented looked like a salvage SUV. The carfax stated higher miles than the odometer reads and they clearly photoshopped the vehicle photos on the website. There weren’t visible patches, scratches, cracks and spots missing in the paint in the website photos. You cannot see the damage to the front grill and both the interior and exterior of the car. They denied the long list of repairs needed from the air conditioner not working, the ball joints needed replacement, backup camera not working, missing air compressor, the complete electrical system was shot, the radio did not connect to the speakers, the car charger does not work, the passenger window control did not work, the car horn did not work, the vehicle had heavy squeaks coming from the front driver side, bald tires, bad wiper blades, bad battery, leaks, not to mention, the interior looked like someone bashed the buttons, compartments, and vents. They emailed a buyers order in an amount thousands of dollars less than what was presented in person. Shame on these adorable young naive con artists who thought they hustled me on a salvage condition vehicle. The estimated total to repair the issues would have well surpassed the premium financing presented on it. I am so glad I had my own mechanic check it out, however they also sent me a followup email stating they’re sending me an invoice for the miles driven. The audacity! When I returned the vehicle to the dealership and confirmed I wasn’t interested in taking the vehicle, they refused to return my down payment of thousands of dollars and casually mentioned I can file court claims which was a clear indication that I am not the first customer they have had issues with. I am in the hospitality industry myself and I cannot believe this place is still open as this is dealership fraud and vehicle misrepresentation but I understand the law and that I also have rights as a buyer. Buyers beware and always do your due diligence in buying a used vehicle, especially from sportcars Miami.
