By email and the calls. Both he and the shipping scammer had heavy accents. Wanted payment through Venmo. Every with confirmation of payment didn’t want to proceed until payment was verified. Then told me the puppy would be shipped at no charge tomorrow on a flight. I was so gulliablr. The next morning I received an email stating they dropped
Off the puppy to Transit Express. Moments later I get an emergency email and call that the kennel was not up to safety standard and they wanted another 850 for a temperature controlled Kennel or the puppy would miss the flight. 850 dollars of course with 95 % refunded . They wanted it paid to a personal Zelle account. The transit email had a lot of mistakes. Heavy accent from the transit person as well. When I told the man this was the sellers responsibility he told me they couldn’t reach him. I tried calling and emailing with no response (of course). The I realized If been scammed. Biggest flag an experienced breeder would know safety requirements of a kennel. I reported to Venmo. Thankful Venmo was able to stop the transfer.
