Sight View Shopper Reports & Reviews (1)

I filled out an ad via Instagram to become a mystery shopper. About two weeks later I received a Priority Mail envelope with a check for $2390.72 with instructions of how the program works and how to proceed with the check. I deposited the check and once it cleared I began to make gift card purchases. During the day the scammer reached out to me via text and email about the status of progress. Once I got all the cards I was reminded to send the front and back of the card info via email to Kenley Loftis. I sent one (thankfully) the one for the smallest dollar amount. Kenley contacted me again to inquire about the status of the other cards and that I should make sure to complete the assignment that day. It was around 1030pm est when he reached out to me again about this. I told him it was late and that I'd be getting back to it in a bit. Thankfully I didn't. the next day around 9pm est I got an alert that the check had been returned. After talking to my bank. I was notified that the check had bounced. Which left me on the hook to pay the bank back for the check. Thankfully of the 6 cards (totaling around $2000) I only sent them info on 1 card that. Now I'm left with gift cards that I need o trade for cash or just live off off while other funds come in to cover the amount for the returned chek.
