Placed an order online for a phone case on 12/14/16. Received confirmation that order was received and my credit card was charged for the item I ordered. No approximate delivery date given. I followed up by email to find out when it would be shipped and all I received was a stock reply saying it is in fulfillment. I have sent another email and message through facebook but have not received any response. The address listed above and on your website for this company is not an actual address and cannot find any phone number. No new postings on their facebook since September 2016 and others have recently posted that they placed an order, were charged, and did not receive their merchandise.
