My husband did not sign up for a "discount" shaving subscription service because he has a beard and buys his disposable razor from the local drug store. However, our credit card was charged a monthly subscription service for 4 months, starting back in 12/20. For the April charge, the company name for the charge changed from Seville Shaving changed to Zephyr Products (new phone number of 833-236-1915) and our credit card fraud service flagged the charge and asked us about it. We of course told them that we did not recognize it. Our credit card service was great - the fraud customer service rep called the phone number and spoke to their customer service rep and hopefully straightened it out. Their customer service rep cancelled the subscription service and said they would request that the "higher ups" refund us the 4 months of charges; we are to receive an answer within 24-48 hours and it will take 3 to 10 days to get the refund. We shall see whether this is true. Our credit card company also put the company into a category where any charge will be rejected for 15 months.
