- Delaware, OH, USA

On 2.25.20, I bought computer protection from Microsoft at Easton. On 3.3.20 @10:30 pm when I clicked on a story and my computer issued a female verbal warning saying "Your computer is locked up, call 844-905-0705 to get it resolved". I called, and spoke to techs Allen Walker, James Smith and Sam Reeds. All had accents. I gave them remote control of my computer. They said they were working for Secure Tech Help. He has my tax information. I printed off a service agreement. My credit card was charged $249.99 to repair the computer, and $699 for lifetime support to websideginger.com. I called Microsoft at Easton and gave them remote control of my computer and they removed what the scammer had installed.
