Lady by name of Dr. Rosie Harry states works on Royal Carribean Cruise Line ship being Oasis of the Sea. She claims to have given money and jewelry to Rev Collins Emmanuel who left ship in Darfur, Senegal with package. Next fees were required by Customs in Senegal to release package to Mr. Joe James who says he's a diplomatic corrier. Package supposedly landed at George Bush Airport in Houston, Texas. Then funds requested based on value of shipment stated as $ 750,000. I became suspicious when large amount of money requested for anti-drug and anti-Laundering certificate/documentation to release package from Customs. In talking to Customs in NC determined these documents not required and it was fraud/scam.
