I am reporting a scammer by the name of Andre Val, if that is his real name. His phone number is 501-438-0603, his email address is [email protected] and he stated he was in Manchester, New Hampshire, his address is 259 Union St Manchester, NH 03101. We completed a Bill of Sale that said I was being sold the cat by Andre Val and Victoria Crosby for the amount of $700 for the cat and an additional $210 for shipping. Which I sent the full $910 through Zelle to Victoria Jane Crosby whose email address is [email protected]. That payment was posted on April 22, 2024. It states I will receive my cat within 24 hours. This was on April 22, 2024 at 8:21AM. At 2:19PM on April 22,2024 I received an email from [email protected] saying I needed to pay $1,250 per law because the cat had to have life insurance in order to be on the plane in case it dies. I did not have the money so the seller told me he would pay half, so I just need to pay $625 through Zelle or CashApp. Because I had hit my max with Zelle I decided to do it through CashApp. They had me send $625 to Michael Sabum on CashApp on April 22, 2024. I was told the cat would be shipped out an delivered on April 23, 2024. However, at 9:09AM on April 23. 2024 I received another email from Premium Global Cargo ([email protected]) stating that I needed to pay an additional $975 because the cat was under stress, needed a vaccination, and exposed to other animals so it is now sick. I emailed them back saying to contact the seller and cancel all of the transaction and to give me a refund and he has not responded, regardless of the fact I have emailed him three times. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the whole transaction and refund me my money and he has not responded. He has declined my phone calls and won’t text back. I also had a co-worker look into it and on kittenscams.com it has their website listed as a scam. Their website is royaltykitten.com/sphynx-kittens-for-sale/ which is how I contacted them originally. It popped up from a simple Google search of sphynx kittens for sale. I have lost a total of $1535 to these scammers and hoped that something can be done about this.

Emailed them after seeing kittens on their website. Made contact via email and then by phone. Sent payment through Cashapp after selecting a kitten. was told that kitten would be shipped to my home, even sent me flight info. Turns out the site and business is listed as a scam. Now trying to get my money back.
