Resorts International Reports & Reviews (1)

- Columbia, MD, USA

I received a phone call today with an automated message stating my booking number with Hilton was selected for a free hotel stay. When I was connected, I inquired as to how I was selected because I do not use the Hilton network of hotels. The agent proceeded to say that they got my reservation number from a recent stay. I asked for the reservation number as again, I have not stayed in a Hilton hotel in years. The agent became snappy and said that they just got my number from my booking, which is strange. Tired of the lies, I asked the agent if my phone number was a paid lead. The agent became frustrated and said that they're trying to do me a favor and give me my free stay. I persisted with my questioning and requested a Supervisor to which the caller stated [profane language] "*** you ***" and hung up. Beware! When I called back I got no answer.
