I have been charged $53.50 shipping for something that was supposed to be free. I tried to back out of the order once I saw the shipping but they processed payment anyway. I sent many emails, 2 immediately after the order was placed, and have not received a response nor any product. It’s been 30 Days since this order was placed. How can I get my money back?
