This company acted as the Ray Ban sunglasses company to advertise an online sale of 90% off for one day today.

My cousin posted this on Instagram. I always try to google the business actual website first. The Ray Ban website is down at this time. This advertisement looks fake so I wanted to report it.

Scammed online

I saw my friend post on Instagram that ray ban is doing a 1 day sale. All sunglasses are 24.99. The website looked legit and I got excited to purchase the sunglasses. However, when I received the paypal receipt, I noticed that I got scammed. It was not from ray ban. It was from a Chinese seller, which I assumes lives in China. Later, I looked up on the internet and confirmed that this scam has been circulating on the internet for a few years now. The website link changes often.

This site looks like a real Ray Ban website. When you pay, the payment doesn't really work well and so you go to paypal to pay, and then the charge goes through but there's no real product or response! And the payment isn't Ray Ban it's from [email protected]. Then there's no way to get your money back.

I saw an ad on Instagram for Raybans extremely off sale and I was so excited I didn’t look into it before ordering a pair.

@PaypalMoochan is the PayPal account the scammer used to receive my funds. This website is completely fake. This is a scammer attempting to collecting payment for items you will not get. Please do not purchase anything! This person is a fraud they don’t even have contact information.

I seen an advertisement from a Twitter account directed to me and others from someone I know on Twitter. Ray bans $19.99 on sale one day only. So I went to the website, put my address and card info in but the website said I needed to call a number before it would allow me to make a purchase. It’s covid 19 time so I was unable to get in contact with my bank. Im concerned I’ve put my info on a fake site.

Discount on Ray Ban sunglasses

19.99 90% off Ray Ban Sunglasses are a scam! Always check official sites. Numerous reports of never receiving products and no confirmation emails.

As I attempted to take advantage of the sale on the Ray Ban website, as soon as it was time for me to enter my credit card information I was routed to this site to pay. I didn’t realize that I’d been re-routed until I waited for my email confirmation from Ray Ban. I never received a confirmation from Ray Ban! I received confirmation from Brilliant.com! On the official Ray Ban site it showed no order history. Once I realized I’d been scammed I immediately submitted a cancellation. I was emailed by someone by the name of Vanessa asking me to please change my mind!

They are advertising ray bans for 19.99 on social media... several website addresses are being used

I received a notification from a friend on facebook on Black Friday this year. Tagging me about Ray Ban sunglasses being $19.99 each.

So I found a Ray Ban website, not sure which one now, and order 5 pairs, one for each member of my family. I paid $103 on November 26th 2018. I still have not received any sunglasses or emails to verify my purchase.

I have tried logging into any sites, but they do not have me on file.

Selling cheap sunglasses. Fake website.

Ray ban site offering 90% off sunglasses, appeared very real on the mobile phone. website was well structured. bought it pairs and never received an email confirmation, which is when I realized it was a scam.

My nephew tagged me in a post with the url to a “Ray Ban” website. One day sale you could order Ray Bans for $19.99 each. I ordered four pairs, and when I went to pay, my card kept getting rejected, so I’d have to do it again. On the “order page” it looked like I had gotten charged four times, but when I looked at my bank statement, I had gotten charged two times. Seems like they liked my debit card more than a credit card... On my bank statement, it says my account was charged to Wix.com. I looked that up, and it’s a site to create websites, so that sealed the deal for me that I had gotten scammed.

Went to the website that looked legitimate. The purchase never went through in or bank account, and then we read about a scam online about ray ban. Do NOT buy any of he discounted sunglasses for $20!!!
