Scammer called using the name "David Anderson", claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House and stating that I was a second prize winner in a "Senior Citizens Raffle". He stated that I had won a white 2020 Mercedes Benz, $850,000, and $7,000.00 for life. He gave me an ID #3365PCH. He instructed me to write down his name and this information. He asked me if I was single or married, retired or working and if I were over 65. I refused to give that information, stating that since he called my number, he should have all that information. He stated that he had to have it for the IRS and that they would contact me. I told him that the IRS does not contact people by phone, that the whole thing was a scam and to bugger off.
