This scam artist operates through offerup. When you buy from them, they provide a "receipt" but nothing else. When I filed a dispute with PayPal, they suddenly provided a tracking number showing the item was delivered. Never happened. They sent me an email saying longer wait times due to Covid-19, now they say someone signed for receipt of item but won’t provide a copy of that person’s signature. I then researched company and others have had this exact same thing happen. Please buyer beware, scam, scam, scam.

Please do not buy from this scam artist, every review is the same thing that’s happened to me. I wish I had researched these reviews before I had purchased. At current I’m waiting for PayPal to finish their investigation and provide a refund as this scam artist will not. OfferUp needs to legitimize these businesses before letting them post on their site.

They have a ton of ads on offerup. When you buy from them, they provide a "receipt" through PayPal. Then they cease communications. When I filed a dispute with PayPal, they suddenly provided a tracking number showing the item was delivered. The Post Office provided an image of the package with the tracking number. It clearly showed that it was not addressed to me or my address and was too small to be the item I ordered. PayPal provided refund once image of package was provided.

Same thing happened to me. Paypal at first said they wouldn't reimburse me because they sent paypal a tracking number and it was delivered. I connected ups with the tracking number and low and behold it was for a different person and different address. Paypal then reimbursed me. Stay away from this scam!

I saw a bicycle for very low good price, purchased it through paypal, never received an email from the company themselves only from paypal about a payment I made. I called the number they have on their website and I get a busy signal or it states the number I called is discounted or is out of service. I also tried emailing them and no response. Ive been had for $116 thank god it want more, but like the saying goes if its too goo to be true it usually is. Thank god palpal will reimburse me.

I am just now going through this. Saw a bike for a great price that was cheaper than other websites. No order confirmation, no tracking number, just a PayPal receipt. There is no number to call. Only a place you can send messages that I am sure will never be seen or responded to. I have reported it to PayPal but they are making me wait another week until they move forward. SO FRUSTRATING!
