Scam is claiming to renew computer services but has not identified who they are or what services. They claim to have charged a bank card for the renewal of services. I called the number and they said it was too late and that my account had been debited. I called my bank and no such charges were made.

I received an email today from this "company" stating that the computer and anti-virus installed by Premium Support expired today and that my account was charged $499.99. I have never heard of this company and sure would not let anyone in my computer remotely to set anything up. It just says that my bank account on file has been charged, but it doesn't have the last four digits of the account number like they usually do. It just says Bank Account ACH-...[XXXX]. I'm really hoping that my bank account doesn't have money taken out of it.

They have sent me two emails stating that they charged 499.99 dollars to my bank however that couldn’t tell me the information that have on file... I feel as though it is a complete scam. I contacted my bank and my card was never charged.

Twice I have received an email thanking me for my payment of $499.99 for renewing Tech support services that I never purchased. Two different emails, 8 days apart, both listed the same price and the same number to call for refunds. When I called the number a man said he would send me a form for me to fill out and that he would help me reverse the charge. I told him I have not been charged yet, but I want to make sure that I will not be charged. When I insisted that he send me the form so that I could examine it before filling it out he hung up on me.

I don’t have a laptop or computer. Never had one in my life, so I immediately knew this was a scam.

I doubt they have my information at all, but I wanted others to know this is a scam to get your information by pretending they’ll offer you a refund.

I got this email from "Premium Support LLC", stating that I was "successfully charged 499.00 for renewal" . Of course they gave a 1-801 number to call for immediate refund. I'm so glad that I found your site so know for sure that this is indeed a scam.
I'm saving the email in case my bank is charged, but I can't see how that is possible since I've never heard of this company before and they wouldn't have my information.

I had the same experience with the person above. They tried to control my pc when I asked for information - I hung up before they could control my pc

I copied the email they sent. I've reported them to the federal trade commission. The number just rings and eventually goes to voicemail. I never signed up for this service and there is no evidence it is a real tech service provider. Email was sent from Premium Sp via sendinblue.com

I received an email that my Window’s Computer Service was renewed and debited from my account. I don’t have an account with these people. The email says to call if one wants a full refund. No funds were debited from my account. This is a scam operation. They most likely want one to offer their credit info over the phone. I called and told them I would report them to BBB. A male that sounded like an East Indian accent answered. He asked if I wanted to cancel the service. I only told him never to contact me in any way. He was arrogant and rude.

Received an email stating my credit card on file had been charged $399.99 for a subscription for computer protection had expired (I never used this company). If I wished to cancell to call 1-385-444-4475. Tried this # twice and the call was refused. Received a call from 347-507-8859 where upon they wanted me to go to a website so they could refund my money. I fell for this type of scam in Dec 2019 from a company named Remitly. It took several months to resolve that one. However, it did make me wiser. I simply hung up and reported it to my bank.

Was your bank ever charged?

- Port Orchard, WA, USA

This scam started in 2019 and has continued to the point we have purchased new phones at home that have a "call block" button. We do not answer the phone any more. We let it go to voice mail. They have gotten our cell phone numbers and call them also. The numbers change they call from the company name is Premium Techie Support. I have cancelled my credit cards and they are trying to charge my accounts for an annual fee of $399.99 for which I have cancelled over a year ago. I do not use their services and tell everyone how bad they are tricking me into a scare scam with threats. The bank refunded the first amount they charged my credit card for. After that they had me purchase gift cards for $299 and $299 for $699.00. This money I have lost to them. They speak with an India accent, I asked if they were in the USA they said California but use India for support.

Received a popup saying computer had a virus and was to call Microsoft to get it fixed. Called the number they gave and talked to someone who asked for credit card to fix problem and eventually lost $800. Can't get into computer now until I give them more money, was told by them to not shut computer off or lose data.

I purchased their service April 2, 2018 for $400.00 -FS *PTSupport 877-3278914 CA for a life-time protection. All of my passwords were locked and they fixed my computer. They would incur other charges so I discontinued using them. They would call often to tell me that they would make a charge on my bank account. recently they left an email saying that I owed $299.99. I called Premium Support to tell them that I want my account closed. Peter William from SLC 801-462-0405 turned it over to the Senior Manager Kevin Parker-Sanford, Florida 321-4205323. He told me that he would like to give back my $400. through an online bank transaction. I said that I don't bank online. He said he was trying to help and then locked my computer screen and said he would not free it up until I opened an online account. I called a bank on my cell phone and they said it was a scam ( which I already expressed to this person) and call the police. I then started calling the police when he asked, "What are you doing?" I told him that I was calling the police. He hung up and left me with a locked computer. He told me that I would loose the computer and "come what may." Microsoft was able to create a new account. When I went back to check my email....all of my files on personal expenses were removed...including Premium Support, personal pictures and my customers.
