We’ve had the same experience as I’m finding from everyone! We could their website, and fell in love with a puppy that was noted as available. We reached out to the company and was responded to instantly, saying the puppy was available. We gave them all the specifics of our home and yard, family, etc and they told us we would be a good family fit for this puppy.
The next day we paid via Zelle through our bank app $380 deposit. That’s when things started going wrong. Communication got less constant and the reassurance was not there any longer. We were told we would not be asked for anymore money until the puppy was delivered in hand to us.
We then received a phone call from a “cargo” airline asking for a lot more money if we wanted our puppy, that needed to be flown to us. I refused and hung up. The call came back and I said I would be contacting my bank and the police.
My bank was no help nor was the Zelle app, in returning our money. Saying it is a friends to friends money app and we shouldn’t have sent to someone we didn’t know.
I reached back out to the puppy website under a fake name about the same puppy and the same initial response was given, that the puppy was available.
We had to break our daughters heart on a puppy she never got and return all the puppy items we purchased. And the realization we had a good amount of money stolen, that we worked hard for and will never see again. We saved every email!

My boyfriend went to the website listed above looking for a pitbull puppy to adopt. He read their reviews on their website and decided to reach out. He filled out the contact information and someone reached out to him via email. They were very charmastic and went into great detail about how the process works. They said for shipping and the deposit of the dog they required $380.00 to proceed, he paid that via Venmo. He was given a tracking number from a company called Swift Cargo Lines Transport Inc. when he clicked on the link it seemed legit, saying the puppy was in transit. It gave a shipping name and address of Richard Addison and his address was 15518 Waverly Dr. Houston TX 77032. He was initially speaking to a lady, which said she could no longer be in contact with him due to a family emergency and someone else would. Hence the gentlemen listed above called from a California number. He started acting brash and requesting more money for the crate and other things. My boyfriend declined and started asking him questions about the delivery and other things. Like how would he go in and claim the puppy, why are they now saying it will be shipped to his home, and why are the requiring more money now...etc. The guy proceeded to hangup several times and they would not reach out or respond to him after this. We have images saved of all email interactions, the shipping information, etc.
