Purchased items advertised on the site as “Pre-Black Friday sale”. It has been over one month since purchase (11/18), and order has not shipped. Customer service has stopped responding to email, there is no live phone number. This site carries the BBB “accredited” logo, though all signs point to this being a scam. I have dispute this charge with my credit card company as fraud, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Payment was made through *** to Collectible Wood.
