I ordered a pool pump back in JULY and waited and waited nothing came . I have sent over 53 emails requesting my money back or a tracking number. They keep saying it's being processed, sorry for inconvenience. Emailed them as of yesterday, again they said sorry for inconvenience it's being processed. There has to be a way to get my money back I just don't know what else to do. HELP

I purchased a pool chair. I even received info that it was shipped, tracking all the way to my post office. I called Post Office and said it was not a good tracking number. Still communicating my email trying to get at least 90% refund. But I am sure I will never receive it. I really hope this people get caught stealing money from people.

Ordered a toddler maze for $66. Was sent a small bag of masks from china instead. No return labels and everything in chinese. Additionally, around this time the local news warned of items being shipped from china with invasive species and encouraged to not open product and throw away if occurred. Did not receive responses via email for refund until I threatened legal action. Then they offered to give partial refund after product was returned (which had no return label or information to return). Have been working with my bank to get a refund after 3 months.

I bought 2 Swimline Chair Lounges from this company. For $114.52.
Once I placed my order I never got an e-mail nor confirmation number. I called the phone number on their set and was disconnected. I got a handful of disposable Chinese face masks.
With no proof of purchase and when the web site went offline. I was out my money and couldn’t be reimbursed by my credit card company

I bought a pool float for $70. There was a picture of it on the internet when I was searching. Their website looked legit so I bought it. It wasn't until a week or so went by that I called their number numerous times, and it was constantly busy, that I suspected that I was scammed. It did have a tracking number which I kept checking and it showed that the float was coming directly from China by US Postal which was strange since it was a rather big item. Finally after 6 weeks, I received a small package from China with face masks! I threw them away. It is a definite scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered a pool pump on July 29th 2020 and paid $53. Not only did I never receive a pool pump but the tracking information was bogus and when I reported the issue to PayPal the seller sent 7 disposable masks I did not order with the same tracking number I was originally given for my pump.

Emailed them again and they said to be patient its on the way. Looked them up on BBB and the are not accredited with the BBB and very poor reviews. What a shame!What can be done? Is there any way to get my money back?

I ordered the lazy buddy 5 in 1 toddler slide and swing set from pilapy website on 7/28/20. The total cost was $63.76. When they sent me the confirmation email it had no tracking number and the shipping method just stated free shipping. I emailed the site and requested a tracking number and delivery date and no response so I decided to call and the number on their website, is disconnected. So I searched the name and the word scam came up on every review.
