Lost 46.00 used my debit card! Company lies and will not return my money! Do not buy from them! China based company, advertises on Facebook. Buyers beware! They lie about tracking numbers or will tell you your jeans are being tested for quality control! They are a big joke! Facebook should not let them advertise at all knowing they are ripping people off!

I ordered a jeans from this company off of Facebook, it’s been over 3 months and I yet to have received them! China based company! Do not buy from them! They continue to lie about tracking numbers and will not return my money.? Carolyn

This company is horrendous! I ordered $45 dollar jeans plus shipping. They sent me some junk pants that were not close to what I ordered. These looked like the spent $5 tops on this pant. I tried contacting them. they said send it back. No instructions came with the ugly pants and the only return address was on the box. I sent it to that address. I emailed Phenay and told them I had sent it off to the the address on the box. They said that is the wrong address. I told them that I was sending it back and they knew it so why did they not provide the proper address after I told them there were no instructions or paperwork enclosed with the pants. They said I needed to get the jeans back and send it to them before I can receive a refund. They also said that I sent the jeans to a transfer station. Well, how am I suppose to get them back. the never replied back. This is the worst company ever! do NOT do business with them! Now I can't even contact anyone. $50 gone!
I ordered the rhinestone bootcut pants...this is not even close!
also you can see the return address on the package but, apparently this is not the return address!

Do not buy from this company you do not get what you ordered and they have an excuse continuously as to why you are having problems. Do not believe one email you get and do not order from this company you’ll regret it They ship you the ugliest pair of pants you’ve ever seen that don’t even look like the pair that you order. They don’t even look like the pair that you ordered. Run as fast as you can away from this company.
