Back in 2021 I was expecting, so I found this ad through Facebook where the deals were ideal! I should have known it was to good to be true, but instead of knowing better I decided to go ahead and order the 6 piece Minnie Mouse nursery set stroller carseat travel system for $99.00. The payment was of course PayPal only, and the second I clicked confirm for the payment there was no loading icon or anything it was processed just like that, however I didn't get any of the confirmation details until days later. I have sent several emails to the contact us email address that was at the bottom of the page in the help and support. Which was listed also such: [email protected]
After no response for a couple days I then received a spam email with the order details gave me a bogus tracking number/ID I then contacted PayPal to dispute the charge and get more info regarding this transaction, PayPal ended up giving me the email to where the payment was sent to which was:[email protected] I have still to this day never received an email back from either one of them, PayPal wouldn't do [censored] to help me get my funds back so Here I am mother of a 2 year old and one on the way and I'm out 100 bucks pathetic I'd tell ya.

My sister sent me the website that she went to because I am expecting, it seem at first like it was a real website and a good deal so I decided to order. After ordering from the website that I thought was Graco I got an email from Paypal confirming my payment to a bunch of Chinese writing, I knew right away something wasn't right. A day later I got a confirmation in my spam email from Graco confirming my order, I waited 4 days and no tracking number. I wrote to the email that was attached to the Graco email and no response, I tried clicking the link to view their store and hopefully get a phone number for a Customer Service Rep. and it just said the store was closed. I knew right then that I had to contact Paypal, I called them and they were able to dispute the charge and escalate it right away for me. With-in 2 days my money was back in my account.

I ordered a 4 in 1 Graco car seat 3 months ago. For over a month now when I track it it says that it’s sitting at a processing center in United States. I’ve emailed the people several times, and they refuse to tell me where it is.

This is a scam. I purchased a car seat. They provided a tracking number that associated to an Amazon order for $20 and was never delivered. I spoke to multiple people on Facebook that ordered from them and same thing. Because tracking was provided for the package and it claims to have been delivered PayPal is having a hard time giving me my money back

Facebook ad for Grace car seats at a great price. Comments make your think, hmmm, not a scam. PayPal transactions only and limit of one. Well, I was a fool and should have known. Now I have to dispute it with the bank Bc PayPal won’t help at all.

This scam makes you think you are getting an anniversary sale on Graco carseats. They promise 48 hour free shipping and product tracking information which you never get. You purchase through paypal and never hear from them again. I should have known better....

My total was 50.99 after ordering I realized they charged my card 57.39. When I tried to email them back it said no recipient. There is no way to contact them. Oh and the date of purchase was the next day not the day I ordered. On my cars transaction it says omipay

My daughter needed a new car seat for her baby boy and when this ad came up on Facebook ..Graco carseat 60% 0ff ..She ordered one and then found out it was a scam..She was lucky enough to have the credit card company fix it and not lose any money..
