I received an email saying that I had purchased 599. 99 worth of bitcoin. I have never used Pay Pal or purchased Bitcoin. I called the number above and received a male who sounded like a native of the Indian subcontinent. He identified himself as "Richard Brook", APL 5450, at 304-459-5624 with Pay Pal in San Jose, CA. He said that I had 32 different scammers using my phone, which I just recently purchased. He said that he would help me secure my phone but insisted that he needed my debit card number to refund money which has not been removed from my account. I then terminated the conversation.

The notice I received is attached.

Received an email saying that I paid $429 for a new laptop for someone I do not know. Contacted the # and heavy accented lady was trying to ask for info. Googled the # and it comes from Nigeria.

google searched paypal contact number listed as 8775307381they acted as if they were paypal had all my cc info, numbers etc. told me account had been hacked and i needed to purchase google play cards that would be refunded to acc cc on file. spent 600 and they still wanted more once i realized i was scammed i called number and they asked if i was trying to reach amazon or paypal.
