On online purchase via target online payed by pay pal. We don’t have a PayPal account under that name for starters. 2) , we checked pay pal phone#, does not match. 3) it states to go to a pay pal help page , no email address given, just the bogus phone #. When u call, I asked where am I calling. Response: u should know u [censored]. When called again using * 67 for privacy, I asked if it was pay pal . Of course they said yes n put music on. The voice sounds Indian/ Pakistan type. Area code is from South Carolina.
